The journey to the official release is almost complete, and a lot has changed since the last update. Let me walk you through the latest improvements in Neon Bullet!
π¨ Complete Graphics Overhaul
The gameβs visuals have undergone a major transformation! From vibrant colors to smoother animations, the new graphical style is sharper and more immersive. Expect a more polished visual experience across the board.
πΎ Generative Enemies
Iβve reworked how enemies function. Now, enemies are procedurally generated with random abilities, projectiles, stats, and appearances to ensure that no two battles feel the same. This system reduces repetition and keeps things exciting!
π₯ Enhanced Bosses
Boss fights just got better! Bosses now feature improved graphics and more refined AI, making them tougher but fairer. Their AI has been balanced to provide a greater challenge while maintaining fun gameplay.
π‘οΈ New "Dodge" Ability
Introducing the new Dodge ability! You can now dodge enemy attacks and become invincible for 1 second every 4 seconds (currently in development testing). This adds an extra layer of strategy to combat.
π Expanded Ship Customization
Ship customization has hit a new level with over 8000 combinations of parts, colors, and styles! Your ship will feel truly unique in every playthrough.
π Color Accuracy & Visual Enhancements
Colors have been fine-tuned for precision and vibrancy. You'll notice richer, brighter shades throughout the game, making the world of Neon Bullet really pop!
π¨ Smoother Movements & Camera Improvements
Movement is now fluid and more responsive, with no lagging or freezing during zooms, even on lower-end systems. The smooth camera system has been fine-tuned to offer more precision and fluidity during intense gameplay.
πΆ AFX & GFX Enhancements
Both the audio and graphical effects (AFX & GFX) have been upgraded for a more immersive experience. From explosions to laser blasts, everything feels crisper and more intense!
π General Bug Fixes
And as always, Iβve squashed several bugs, improving performance and gameplay. This includes fixes for drop rates, projectile behavior, and other minor issues.
